About Me
Karine Rastatter
Born and raised in Greeley, I’ve been lucky enough to call Colorado “home” my entire life. After moving to Boulder for college, I earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical and biological engineering from the University of Colorado. I then settled in Broomfield for 4 years before buying my first home in Hudson. Decades of moving around the front range has given me a front row seat to watch our community grow and change over the years, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
Following a 6 year career as an engineer for a medical device company, I transitioned into real estate. After purchasing our own home in 2015, my husband and I both earned real estate licenses and practiced real estate as a side project in addition to our engineering careers. It wasn’t long before I fell in love with real estate and decided to pursue it as a full time career. As a real estate agent, I have the opportunity to counsel people through one of life’s biggest milestones and I love helping my clients achieve their real estate goals.
I currently live in Hudson with my husband and two daughters, as well as two dogs and a cat. We are slowly but surely renovating our 1960s farmhouse, so I’m always on the hunt for new design ideas. When I’m not busy selling houses or wrangling kids and dogs, I love to run, practice yoga, travel, and take advantage of all the wonderful outdoor activities our state has to offer.
